An arm workout formulated to hit all of the smaller, harder to hit muscles throughout the upper body. We work the:

  • chest
  • back
  • shoulders
  • triceps
  • rotator cuff
  • waist

With a touch of legs and glutes while standing. A great stand alone workout if you want to focus on arms or pair with a 20 minute core and glutes workout for a full body 45 minute flow.
