I have had two babies since launching Movement and with that has come the most comprehensive pre and postnatal library of workouts and programs. It was so important to me that there are classes, resources and programmes specific to each stage of motherhood journey.

Since entering the pre- and postnatal journeys myself, I noticed a huge gap in the wellness market for safe, inspiring and effective workouts. I teamed up with my cousin and Yoga Expert Sophie, to give our Mumma the best of Yoga and Pilates.

Exercises focus on restoring mobility, and strength lost during pregnancy, while taking into account what feels good for exhausted new mums who spend hours holding and feeding their babies. Think moves that activate postural muscles and leave you feeling taller and better aligned even hours after. Combining Yoga and Pilates to remedy tight, achy upper back in the way you’re craving after hours of breastfeeding or bottle feeding.

Fun challenges to motivate you, guide your transformation, and make choosing even more effortless.  I know that if I get you to do MOVEMENT consistently, your body will transform, and you will be hooked. If you lack motivation and crave accountability, you will love our challenges.

No matter which workout you choose from the library – it will have the movement stamp on it. We are not about pumping out heaps of reps or smashing the body to fatigue. It’s about setting the body up to succeed, choosing movements that are going to improve posture and core and reversing the stuff we do daily. Your form will get better even as the exercises get harder.
