This is a fun and creative standing push-up series at the wall. If you struggle with a push-up, you’re going to LOVE mastering them in standing. Expect all the upper body burn (without any back or wrist pain) and a safe place to “teach your body” the correct form to really nail it. We do lot's of fun variations and build some serious heat in just 8 minutes.

Standing push-ups feel so accessible and are a great upper body alternative to a plank. I especially love them for pre- and postnatal.
