Pilates
with Elise

Grab some weights - drink bottle, can of beans, light dumbells (anything 0.5 - 1 kg) and meet me on the mat for a Pilates with weights introductory flow. We will build on from this 15-Minute flow, so use this as an opportunity to go back to basics, focus on form and target the deep stabilising muscles of the core and arms.
