This workout was inspired by the slow burn queen Elise! A sculpt workout with a focus on keeping it slow and controlled to really achieve every movement with precision and maximum spice. As a self confessed cardio lover this was such a great challenge to oppose moving faster, each way of moving has such complimentary benefits!

We start standing with the long band, hitting the small but important muscle groups of the arms and shoulders while the legs are challenged by endurance. We stay standing for a back body challenge, think posture muscles and glutes. Then take it to the ground to finish the glutes off. This is followed by a strong classical ab series before the grand finale, plank work using the band to challenge you upper body strength one more time.
