Shoulders in focus. Creative reformer arms and core

Crushing so hard on this new creative, reformer-inspired arms flow (that doubles as core/waist strengthener). Being pregnant has really challenged me to find fresh ways to challenge the body and this series doesn’t disappoint. It was a hit in-studio, can’t wait for you to try. You will need just your long band and mat for this one. 

Expect an all over arm and shoulder burn but the flow goes a bit like:

  • Kneeling Side Arms for toned arms and shoulders
  • Side Bend for the waist with a side of arms
  • Kneeling Side Kick for triceps
  • Seated Arms for a bicep burn finisher

Note: If you don’t have a cushioned mat like the MVMT one (best ever btw). You might need to double your mat or add extra cushion. If you have sensitive knees and find weight bearing on the knees uncomfortable, try this instead.
