15-Minute Triceps Toner

A back-of-the-arms superset using just the MVMT Ball and your mat. Start with tricep dips (w a side of inner-thighs), then flow into hundreds (back-body style) before doing push-ups three ways. This spicy little set pushed me. The DOMS was real.
