If you know MVMT, you know your abs aren't just your "6 pack" muscles (rectus abdominis) You know they are made of so much more! Here we show the rest of your abdominals some love, particularly your deepest core muscles (transverse abdominis) and obliques. This one is less burn focused and more about challenging your balance, control, awareness and precision to build strength.

If you've already done No Crunch Abs 1 and loved it then this is another great one for you. Perfect core work if you are pre or postnatal too!
