We start standing (with a little extra long band inspired arms) then take it back to the mat for bridging (inner-thighs), gliding abs (with a side of arms) and finish with long band side series, Sideplanks and sneaky prone hundreds.

You will need: Long band, 2 Gliders, Ball and a Mat. (47-Minutes).
