Inner & Outer Thighs on Fire. 30 Minutes of LEGS!

Grab your long band and ball, and get ready for a superset for your legs. Your inner and outer thighs are our targets! We start with a little core, then it's bridging for the inner-thighs, quadruped for the outer-thighs, side-lying for the glutes, side-lying for inner thighs, and the grand finale - side-lying for the inner and outer thighs.

You will need: 30-Minutes, your mat, long band, and peach ball.
