3 Rounds Booty Burner

This one is fun!
There are three "rounds".
You will need: Ball, Loop, Gliders, Mat and chair or stable surface (for all rounds)

Each round builds on from the last, progressing from and preparing you for the next. There are two "parts" to each round. The first "part" starts on the mat with a bridging variation. The second part is a standing single-leg variation (using a chair). This strategy of priming and preparing your body (on the mat) before challenging it upright and standing will ensure all the right muscles fire up are working effectively and efficiently. Expect your entire seat on fire!
