Fun, Quick Glute Challenge. We are going to superset each side of the backside one at a time so we can really get into that peach. All you need is your loop and we are getting starteded in a four point kneeling position. On the menu: Quadruped, Side-lying, Single Leg Bridging & Wide Bridging "reset". We stay horizontal for this one.
