This makes you feel balanced and good. It's a core and back strengthening duo - a goodie for posture. You all know and love gliding abs, but if you haven't yet tried gliding prone (prone means lying on your stomach). We use the gliding underneath the arms and layer in the upper body. Combating tech Neck, rounded shoulders, and all the nasties!

You will need two gliders and your ball. Enjoy every minute x
