I love a challenge, and since you do MVMT i know you do too. My challenge was set to me by a client who loves the ball and only has 20 minutes for her workouts at lunch time at work. She wanted a challenging full body flow in this short amount of time, so i put my thinking cap on and made it happen.

I started with a strong ab flow that took a good chunk of time and then flowed into bridging with a ball flavoured twist to hit the glutes and hamstrings while lengthening the front of the hips post abs! Then we move into a great prone moment for the back and finish with a short and spicy bit of arms. Completing an all over burn, enjoy!
