Just a little disclaimer, at The Movement Society we love to work hard, but also smart. So advanced workouts are rare as we believe all workouts are tough when you focus on great technique! However we love to throw some fun challenges at those of you who want it, but please only attempt this if you are both advanced in your understanding of Pilates and strong, stop if anything doesn't feel right and be kind to yourself!
